Project Details

Woodland Village Townhomes in St. Cloud, Minnesota is a renovation of the existing 32 unit townhome community.  Sand will coordinate with current residents to complete an interior and exterior renovation while enhancing the community room.  Construction began in January 2016 and is expected to be complete by June 2016.
