Sand Architects begin all projects by understanding the investor’s needs and any development / construction requirements. We work with the construction company to review bids to ensure that they meet the plans and specifications.

Sustainability is central. Many projects meet Minnesota Green Communities, Energy Star, and Enterprise Green Communities standards to reduce long-term operational costs.
Continuing to advance sustainable development, Sand will complete the first PHIUS (Passive House Institute U.S.) multifamily project in Minnesota supported by MN Housing LIHTC, combining high performance with long-term community value.
