Project involves the construction of a new 87 Guest Room TownePlace Suites by Marriott at 5451 Cortez Road West in Bradenton, FL, set to start September 2017 and be completed in August of 2018.  Building type is V-A, 3-story CMU demising walls, steel studs, precast plank floor system, with slab on grade and an asphalt parking lot. Exterior finish materials will include EIFS and cement board siding, an exterior pool, fire pit, BBQ area and a drive under canopy. The design features a flat roof with internal roof drains and is fully sprinkled.
