Linden Grove Veteran Apartments (hyperlink to Linden Grove page) is charging ahead on construction and will welcome its first Residents in fall 2016. Sand Construction is preparing to install windows, finish brickwork and start interior construction and finishes.

Linden Grove Veteran Apartments will be home to 37 homeless and at-risk of homelessness Veterans located on the St. Cloud Healthcare System campus. The community features studio, one and two bedroom units, a community room and outdoor gathering space.
