- Coordinate and manage projects to meet government and lender requirements.
- Develop project budgets and timelines while collaborating with multiple teams prior, during and post construction.
- Lead site selection, market research, feasibility analysis, government approvals and project financing.
Experiences:
- 9 years of real estate financing and development experience.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent - Minnesota and Iowa.
Favorite Development Phase:
- Project completion and seeing the first residents/guests tour the site.
