Responsibilities:
- Manage construction project budgets, contracts, submittals, and schedules from project start to turnover.
- Work with owners, architects, engineers, and permitting officials throughout the construction process to review and help resolve any issues and changes.
- Work closely with Project Superintendents to control changes, costs, and scheduling.
- Lead and direct jobsite supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Sand Companies Safety Committee Member
Experiences:
- 38 years of construction experience with civil and utility work through to project completion and turnover for multifamily housing, commercial buildings, commercial and multifamily remodel, and tenant renovation projects.
- OSHA 30 and lead abatement training certificates. Associates in arts degree.

- New commercial and housing projects.
