Responsibilities:
- Design plans and specifications to meet Owner and Lender requirements
- Work with construction project managers to resolve design/construction issues, including RFIs and Submittals
- Work together with local official’s to meet codes and standards
- Incorporate green building requirements into design
- Collaborate with consultants to drive long-term value for the owner

- 30+ years in Architecture with a major focus in multifamily, mixed-use and hospitality
