- Train, mentor and develop on site staff of all properties within portfolio
- Oversee financial operations of properties within portfolio
- Implement advertisement and monitor marketing activity for all properties within portfolio
- Monitor proper maintenance, upkeep and functionality of all assets in portfolio by regularly inspecting and overviewing preventative initiatives.
Experiences:
- 15 years' experience in the real estate industry, 10 of this experience in the Property Management industry
- Received the first Chief’s Partnership Award Dec 2012 from the City of Lakeville
- Certified Occupancy Specialist
