Sand worked as the Owner Project Manager to advocate and oversee the renovation and modernization of the 321 room hotel in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.   Sand provided an on-site project manager for the duration of the project to drive cost containment, ensure qualify control, conformance with plans and specification with the general contractor while also coordinating owner-hired subcontractors and vendors.
