Sand constructed Cornerstone Village, a 42 unit multifamily apartment building, on approximately one acre.  Sand coordinated delivery of materials and staging construction to accommodate the small site size while driving value analysis and management to meet building plans and specifications and MN Green Communities criteria.  Cornerstone Village features four stories above underground parking.
