Lowertown Lofts features an artistic, modern design.  Sand transformed an existing Class C office building into 107 loft style apartments, including two-level units, in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota.  Lowertown Lofts incorporates a movie theatre, game room, fitness room, doggy day spa, coffee bar, music and art studios.
