Sand engaged the Property Management team to coordinate the temporary relocation of current Residents to complete each home renovation in a two week timeframe.  This required substantial collaboration with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and strategic timing.  Sand completed the rehab of all 10 single family rental homes with new flooring, cabinets, mechanical and heating systems, lighting, appliances, paint, landscaping and maintenance-free siding.  Eight of the homes included finishing the basements with another bedroom and bathroom.
