Roger coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations of Sand Construction’s staff on jobsites currently under construction. He also monitors the schedule, quality and safety of work by Associates, subcontractors and suppliers. Roger is a member of the Board of Directors and Sand Shareholder.

Roger has been with Sand Companies, Inc. since 1994. Roger specializes in the new construction of multi-housing developments and hotels, hotel renovation, light commercial and assisted living projects.

Roger serves on the Board of Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity.
