Nikki is the President for Sand Companies, Inc. She coordinates and manages projects to meet government and lender requirements, develops project budgets and timelines while collaborating with multiple teams prior, during and post construction, and leads site selection, market research, feasibility analysis, government approvals and project financing.

Nikki has 9 years of real estate financing and development experience, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Minnesota and Iowa.
